NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1943. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat
roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan due to uneven fenestration. The first story is
comprised of banks of shop windows with a flat metal awning with rounded corners above. Three single doors are located
at the center of the shop windows. The second story contains two pairs of 4-over-1 windows, one bank of three 1-over-1
windows, and a vertical signboard.

The interior of the building does not retain any original installations or surface materials; permission to photograph the
interior was not available at the time of this survey.

MAP CODE IS 0709-132-1037-7.

Resurveyed August 2012; changes include the removal of the "Zimmerman" lettering above the awning.
