NOTES
Additional Information:The property is owned by Scott Hansen, RR 2, Box 75. The property was located during a survey of CTH B for Gremmer, Ohm, Twohig, and Due. A compliance number was not assigned to the project at the time of the survey. Besides the barn, the property includes a dwelling, granary, machine shed, corn cribs, and several metal outbuildings. The timber frame, vertical board, bank barn is finished with a gambrel roof. The farmstead was established between 1877 and 1897 by James Brannan. Because of the addition to the barn, the proximity of other recently built outbuildings, and alterations to the dwelling, the integrity of the farmstead has been reduced.
