NOTES
Additional Information:Demolished for a Walgreen's prior to 1999. Exhibiting the combined hip and gable roof type commonly seen in the Queen Anne style, this house features hip and gable roofed dormers, small projecting window cornices, cut-away bays on the hip roofed wing projecting at the front, a north side bay window and decked rear porch. An open flat roofed porch with balustrade and short paired Tuscan columns placed on brick bases is situated in the angle of the house.

One of the relatively few buildings in the city exhibiting the influence of the Queen Anne style, this house has retained a good degree of architectural integrity. However, as part of the group in Watertown exhibiting moderate architectural character, this house is not an architecturally significant example of the Queen Anne style.

Previously surveyed in 1986.
