Additional Information:This was the home of Daniel Kusel of Kusel Hardware Store, a prominent business, between c. 1913 and c. 1936.

This Craftsman style foursquare house is two stories high and features aluminum siding on the first floor and stucco on the second. A porch across the front has a small pediment with half-timber and stucco in the tympanum. Columns are Tuscan and the railing is composed of square balusters spaced closely together. On the second floor front are two polygonal bay windows flanking a small square window. Large dormers have stucco panels and bracketed cornices. All windows are large double-hung units.
