NOTES
Additional Information:This is a one and one half story Italianate house with a concrete foundation, a stucco and board and batten exterior, and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled roof with dormers. High pitched gables crown the dormers and match the pitch of the main roof. Many of the windows throughout the house have pointed arched pediments. The later built front porch is enclosed and capped by a hip roof. Exposed rafter ends line its cornice. An exterior stucco chimney and frieze boards are other architectural elements. The residence is intact and in fair conditon.
