NOTES
Additional Information:THIS COLLEGIATE GOTHIC SCHOOL IS CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK AND REMAINS INTACT. THE MAIN FOCUS IS ON THE TUDOR ARCH ENTRANCE AND THE ROOF PARAPET. THIS IS THE BEST EXAMPLE OF THE COLLEGIATE GOTHIC STYLE EMPLOYED FOR A HIGH SCHOOL DESIGN IN THE CITY. ALTHOUGH THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF WATER'S LATER WORK, AND PERHAPS IMPORTANT FOR THAT REASON, IT APPEARS TO BE UNINSPIRED AND NOT ONE OF HIS BETTER DESIGNS. IT IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

According to Oshkosh Public Museum, this building was razed sometime in the 1980s.
