| Additional Information: | This Dutch Colonial Revival styled house, which is intact and in fair condition, features a stone foundation, a clapboard exterior, and a gambrel roof with dormers. An inset front porch is supported by Tuscan columns and detailed with a balustraded railing. The building is known as the Gatehouse for "Echoes," Pier 519. 2019: This 2-story Dutch Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1880. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding an asphalt-shingled gambrel roof. The front elevation faces south and features a one-story, flat-roofed front porch spanning the width of the façade. The porch has columnar wood supports and wood railings. Inside the porch are a single doorway, a small leaded-glass window, and a large 1-over-1 window. The second story contains a central window bank consisting of a 1-over-1 window flanked by narrow 1-over-1 windows. All windows and doors have wide wood surrounds.
