It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This Prairie School styled house was designed by Edward Martin and built beteween c. 1911 and 1912. [A]. It feaures a stucco and board exterior, a board trim and an asphalt shingled hip roof. Low pitched roofs, wide overhanging eaves and elongated boards are a common theme, which when coupled with the large rectangular windows, gives the residence a horizontal orientation. The building is a testament to excellent design and is well showcased, sited on top of a hill. The dwelling has remained intact and in excellent condition. (According to the Intensive Survey Form, the architect's name was given as Edgar Martin). This building is related to a Caretaker's house (no address or photo codes given).
