OF WISCONSIN IN MEMORY OF THE FOUNDERS OF OLIVE BRANCH LODGE NO.6 F. & A. M. WHO IN THE YEAR 1845 BUILT THIS THE FIRST MASONIC TEMPLE ERECTED IN WISCONSIN. THIS HALL, MOVED FROM THE VILLAGE OF NEW DIGGINGS AND RESTORED ON THIS SITE BY THE MEMBERS OF BENTON LODGE #268 F. & A. M., WAS REDEDICATED TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND FREEMASONRY ON SEPTEMBER 10, 1950. WALTER O. HELWIG, GRAND MASTER." |
