Built in c. 1907 (See Bib. Ref. A), this two-story Queen Anne styled house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a coursed ashlar foundation, a clapboard exterior, a wood trim, and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Intesecting with the main roof at the facade is an attic-story dormer, This dormer is capped by a gabled pediment, complete with a pent roof and flared eaves. Another, larger dormer has similar design elements including the pent roof and flared eaves. Appearing at the corner of the dwelling is a conical shaped roof with a prominent finial; smaller versions of this architectural feature are found on the apex of each dormer, and on the open gable end at the side elevation. The open-designed wrap-around porch has turned post porch supports. This residence is in good condition.

Allen Tucker was an individual associated with this house from 1910 to 1925. (See Bib. Ref. A).
