Additional Information:This two story Queen Anne house, which is in excellent condition, features a clapboard exterior and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled roof. The windows were altered. Several outbuilding are present on the property including the caretaker's house, farm outbuildings, barns and a guesthouse. William and Ethel Dummer were associated with this residence in 1889. [A].
