Additional Information: | Built in 1855 (See Bib. Ref. A), this two-story Greek Revival house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, an unknown foundatation, an Asbestos exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Although the exterior is in need of paint, the residence is in good condition. Individuals associated with this dwelling and the dates of their associations include the following: Josiah Tyack, from 1856 to 1868; Catherine Tyack Priestley, from 1871 to 1915; and Mortimer Priestley in 1925.
