NOTES
Additional Information:Two story, concrete block with brick veneer commercial building with recessed entry and is attached to a one story garage bay; all windows have been altered in size and are modern.

1996- "This two-story building is notable as an example of the Art Moderne style. Constructed of concrete block and faced with brick, this commercial structure features rounded corners and a recessed entrance. The horizontal banding of the original windows remains evident, despite fenestration alterations, including the addition of board insets. Openings are topped by a continuous row of soldier brick and are underscored by concrete lug sills. The space beneath the plain sills is faced with square tile. A concrete slab shelters the building's west entrances. Additionally, a one-story garage bay extends from the west wall of the Moderne structure."
