Additional Information: | One-and-one-half story Colonial Revival house on rock-faced concrete block foundation with fluted cast concrete porch columns on block piers, porch roof with pedimented entry, gabled wall dormers, leaded glass windows but also has asphalt shingle siding. One of two in the city. William Getrhardt was a book keeper at the 1st National Bank and ran an insurance and real estate business. This property was last surveyed in 1996 using the City Base Map with the code 120/33. The 2004 map code is 155/35a. 1996- "Despite the replacement asphalt shingle siding, this two-story residence is a good example of the Colonial Revival style with an irregular plan. The dwelling carries a hip-roof porch with a pedimented entry and short, fluted column supports on concrete block piers.
