NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation. Arts and Crafts Neo-Grecian park pavillion patterened after early 19th century Greek Revival Market buildings.

Given to the city by Mrs. F.C. Shattuck.

This property was last surveyed in 1981 using the City Engineer's Base Map with the code 3/37.

Built in 1915, the park pavilion was built on land secured by Clara Shattuck in 1912 for use as a park. The landscaping of the park is believed to be the work of Eunice Fenlon, a landscape architect for Weyauwega that also designed the ladscaping for the Havilah Babcock Residence on East Wisconsin Avenue. Restrooms were added in the est wing of the pavilion in 1938. The park is still known as Shattuck Park; however, a number of landscaping features have since been removed. Due to significant deterioration, the pavilion is currently slated for demolition.
