This structure is representative of an early 20th century public building.

1973: "The beautiful Georgian Revival building was designed by the rather prominent and gifted architectural firm of that era, Brust and Phillipp.

Alterations and Additions (as of 1973):
No major alterations or additions to the exterior of the building. The interior of the building has been modernized for offices.
