Additional Information: | Moved. 1880s. Altered Romanesque-Gothic one story frame church on a brick foundation and has a large square corner tower. 1996--Structure has been seriously altered with aluminum siding, shed roof additions and modern windows--now serves residential function. Neenah, like most other cities on the Fox River, had a sizeable foreign-born population. In Neenah that population was split between Germans and Scandinavians (Norwegian/Danish). Originally on Torrey Street; moved and enlarged. In this church Rev. J.N. Jersild was minister. Source B.
