THIS BUILDING SERVED AS THE ROTUNDA BUILDING FOR THE NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR WISCONSIN EXHIBIT. IT WAS DESIGNED BY MONTICELLO ARCHITECT JOHN W. STEINMAN AND BUILT OF MATERIALS AND FRAMES PROVIDED BY PRUDEN STEEL BUILDINGS OF EVANSVILLE, WI. THE BUILDING WAS 48 FEET IN DIAMETER WITH 12 SIDES. SIX STAR-SHAPED CANOPIES, SUPPORTED BY GOLD PYLONS JUTTED OUT FROM THE CORNERS OF THE ROOF. THE CENTRAL PYLON EXTENDED TO A HEIGHT OF 60 FEET.

AFTER THE FAIR IT WAS PURCHASED BY BOSCOBEL BLACKSMITH IVAN C. WILCOX FOR THE SUM OF $5000 WITH THE INTENTION OF RE-ERECTING IT IN THE BOSCOBEL AREA. FAILING TO RAISE SUFFICIENT MONEY AND SUPPORT, WILCOX ADVERTISED THE BUILDING FOR SALE AND IN 1966 IT WAS PURCHASED BY CENTRAL BROADCASTING INC TO SERVE AS THE HOME OF WCCN AM FM RADIO. IN JUNE OF 1967 THE BUILDING WAS RE-ERECTED ON ITS PRESENT LOCATION.

ALSO ON THE GROUNDS ARE SEVERAL OTHER ROADSIDE RELATED RESOURCES:
1)CHATTY BELLE (THE WORLD'S LARGEST TALKING COW) AND HER CALF BULLET
2)SEMITRACTOR AND TRAILER USED TO HAUL THE WORLD'S LARGEST CHEESE TO THE NY WORLD'S FAIR WITH A CARDBOARD REPLICA OF THE 17 1/4 TON CHEESE'S PACKAGING.
3)CASE STEAM TRACTOR.
