NOTES
Additional Information:This two and one half story house features an irregular shaped plan configuraiton, a stucco foundation, a clapboard exterior, a wood trim, and an asbestos shingled hip roof. Large gabled dormers appear in the attic story at the front and the side elevations. Each dormer has massive brackets and exposed rafter ends lining the wide, overhanging eaves, and the windows are multipaned with wooden frames and projecting lintels. On the front of the second story are two projecting bays, one of which decends down to the first story. Another two story bay is located at the side elevation. This bay's shed roof is bracketed. The front porch is two sided, with its hip roof supported by Tuscan columns. Stickwork detail embellishes the porch gable. Band courses, one-over-one windows and a brick chimney are other architectural elements found on this dwelling. The residence is in fair condition.
