Additional Information:2009--Since last surveyed in 1984, most of the multiple-light windows have been replaced with 1/1 examples. However, the original windows to either side of the chimney on the north side of the house remain intact.
Bibliographic References:Assessor's records cite a 1926 date of construction; however, the address is listed in the 1924 city directory (and was not listed as of 1920). Hence, the house dates to between 1920 and 1924.
