It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. THIS TWO AND A HALF-STORY QUEEN ANNE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1883. IT FEATURES AN IRREGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. HIP ROOFED, FIVE SIDED DORMERS APPEAR IN THE ATTIC STORY ON BOTH THE FACADE AND THE SIDE FACE. BAY WINDOWS ON THE SECOND STORY ARE CAPPED IN THE ATTIC STORY BY GABLED ROOFS; GEOMENTRICALLY DESINGED BARGEBOARDS EMBELLISH THESE OPEN GABLED ENDS. WOOD SHINGLES ADORN THE SECOND STORY FACADE, A BAY ROOF ON THE FIRST STORY, AND THE ATTIC DORMERS. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

A GARAGE, A STRUCTURE RELATED TO THIS HOUSE, IS LOCATED AT 216A SOUTH IOWA STREET. (SEE MAP CODE 18/15).

JOSEPH DELLER WAS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROPERTY FROM 1880 TO 1890. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
