Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY FRONT GABLED HOUSE WAS BUILT IN C. 1900. (SEE BIB. REF. A). IT FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. SOME OF THE FOUNDATION IS COMPOSED OF RUSTICATED CONCRETE BLOCK. AN OPEN-DESIGNED FLAT ROOFED PORCH PROJECTS FORWARD ON THE MAIN FACADE. CORNER BOARDS, FRIEZE BOARDS, A BRICK CHIMNEY AND PROMINENT WINDOW MOLDINGS ARE OTHER ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS. THE DWELLING IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RESIDENCE FROM 1905 TO 1925 WAS JOHN CORRELL. (SEE BIB. REF. A). FROM 1885 TO 1890, THE JOHN ROSS ESTATE OWNED THE PROPERTY UPON WHICH THIS HOUSE WOULD LATER BE BUILT. IN 1895, THE ROSS BROTHERS TOOK POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, FIVE YEARS BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS DWELLING.
