1974- Victorian two story residence with clapboard exterior, and sticky porch.

This two-story house with Queen Anne architectural details was constructed c.1890. It is of frame construction, sheathed
with clapboard, and rests on a fieldstone foundation. The intersecting gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and
features wood fishscale shingles in the gable ends, a square cupola with pyramid roof clad in vinyl siding, simple wood
cornice, and modern soffits. A one-story hip roof porch with turned posts, and decorative spindlework, spans the front
(east) facade. A one-story gable addition is located on the rear (west) elevation. Windows are a combination of one-overone,
double-hung sash, single pane fixed with multi-lights, and fixed.

The house is a common example of a vernacular form that displays elements of the Queen Anne architectural style, such as an asymmetrical facade, a variety of surface textures, and turned posts and spindlework.
