The roof is covered in modern metal roofing material and features a central brick chimney. A hip-roof porch on the front (north) facade has been enclosed with vinyl siding and features banks of vinyl, one-over-one, double-hung windows. A one-story enclosed rear porch features a hip roof. The roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a ridgeline vent. The walls are clad in vertical plank siding and the windows are wood three-over-three fixed sash with simple wood surrounds. The entry, which is located in the ell, is a vertical wood plank door.

The c.1990 frame garage located south of the farmhouse has a concrete foundation, side-gable roof covered with asphalt shingles, walls clad in vinyl siding, and two overhead doors. A large c.1980 pole building is located south of the modern garage.

A one-and-one-half-story, c.1940, concrete-block equipment shed (AHI No. 233453) southwest of the modern garage has a rectangular plan. The side-gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles with a truncated western slope that accommodates two oversized bay doors on the front (west) facade. The north gable end is clad in wood drop siding. The west elevation features a modern entry door, a vertical wood-plank entry door, a modern metal overhead garage door, and a pair of sliding wood doors on a metal track. Other fenestration includes wood, two-over-two and three-over-three, fixed sash windows with simple wood surrounds. A c.1990 pole building is located south of the equipment shed.
