Additional Information: | This small example of vernacular Queen Anne is adorned with unusual well defined and presswork woodworking details. This house represents the finest example of late nineteenth century woodworking n the District. The house has been exceedingly well preserved with all its architectural detailing intact. Pitz was a civil engineer with the C & NW and Wisconsin Central Railroads and later, Manitowoc City Engineer. |
