This simple version of a Craftsman type home reflects the efforts of recent remodeling which may have removed some of the ornamentation which usually accompanies the style. A better example is immediately south at 924 Lincoln Boulevard (MN58-29).

Joseph Langenkamp, the first owner of the house, is listed in city directories as a piano tuner.
