It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Very well maintained intact, Queen Anne home. The clapboard sided building features wood shingles with a center diamond pattern in all the gable ends. Gable ends also include pent roof cornice returns at entablature. Clapboarding flares slightly meeting first floor beltcourse. There is a first floor cutaway on the side gable. The porch spindlework and all windows are intact. Only one of the chimneys and the detailed garage to the rear are not original. This house has retained moe of its original integrity than most. |
