Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY QUEEN ANNE DWELLING WAS BUILT IN 1904. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ELL SHAPED IN PLAN, THIS STRUCTURE FEAUTRES A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. DECORATIVE FISHSCALE SHINGLES EMBELLISH THE UPPER PORTION OF THE OPEN GABLE END, THE GABLED WALL DORMER AND THE PORCH GABLE. CHAMFERED CORNERS APPEAR IN THE FRONT, ONE IS DESIGNED WITH CARVED BRACKETS. THE FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY TURNED POSTS AND DETAILED WITH BALUSTRADED RAILINGS. CORNER BOARDS, FRIEZE BOARDS, A BRICK CHIMNEY AND MUNTINS IN THE WINDOWS FURTHER DISTINGUISH THIS RESIDENCE. THE HOUSE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING FROM 1905 TO 1925 WAS SAMUEL SIMS. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
