Additional Information:Unadorned vernaculare gabled ell altered by application of aluminum siding and trim while retaining basic character.

As of 2005, no changes have been made to the exterior of the home since it was last surveyed in 1985. The 1868-69 directory identifies Neuendorff as a laborer.

July 2005-The 1988 intensive survey information identifies this as the John Neuendorff Residence and was built circa 1866. An 1868-69 city directory notes that Neuendorff was a laborer. The next known owner was mason Edward Goetzler in 1884. Although this home is perhaps 150 years old, it offers no architectural or historical interest. Based on current WHS survey standards, the home is no longer deemed surveyable.
