NOTES
Additional Information:Much altered wood cornice.

The Stephani Block is actually the south half of this commercial structure. Built in 1883, this cream brick Italianate commercial structure features brackets supporting an overhanging cornice and second floor segmental arched hood moldings. The second floor facade of the north half of the building features a similar design with smaller windows and simpler hood moldings. This half is joined to the north half by an entry/stairway section built to join the buildings. The first floor has been completely changed and all integrity lost.

As late as 1956 (Sanborn maps) 933 and 935 stood as two separate buildings with an open space between them.
