NOTES
Additional Information:337 East Capitol Drive is located at the west end of Hartland's East Capitol Drive Historic District. The two-and-one-half story square clapboard cross-gabled residence is set on a stone foundation and shows Queen Anne influence. There is a one story enclosed porch across the main facade, a bay window on the west facade, shingles appear in the gable ends, and asphalt covers the multi-gabled roof. In May of 1985, the residence was owned by Ruth Frey.

Architectural/Engineering Significance:

337 East Capitol Drive is a contributing structure in the East Capitol Drive Historic District. While it is not individually architecturally significant, it is one of several late-Nineteenth Century residences in the District, is representative of that era in Hartland's development, and shows good architectural integrity.
