Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY HOUSE FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, AN ASBESTOS SIDED EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, TRUNCATED HIP ROOF. ON THE FACADE, AN ATTIC STORY HIP ROOFED DORMER PROJECTS FROM THE MAIN ROOF. ON THE FIRST STORY, A FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY TUSCAN COLUMNS ON WOODEN BASES. A DECORATIVE, BALUSTRADED RAILING FURTHER DISTINGUISHES THIS OPEN-DESIGNED PORCH. SIMILAR IN STYLE TO THE PORCH, AND LOCATED DIRECTLY ABOVE IT ON THE SECOND STORY IS A BALUSTRADED BALCONY. SIMPLE MOLDINGS ARE USED ON THE WINDOWS AND DOORS THROUGHOUT THE DWELLING. A FRONT WINDOW ON THE FIRST STORY IS ACCENTED WITH LEADED GLASS. THIS RESIDENCE, WHICH WAS BUILT IN 1909 (SEE BIB. REF. A, G), IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

FRED GRABER WAS THE INDIVIDUAL ASSOCATED WITH THIS HOUSE IN 1910. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
