Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY, AMERICAN FOURSQUARE HOUSE FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURAITON, A CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, A ROCK-FACED CONCRETE BLOCK EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, TRUNCATED HIP ROOF. LOCATED IN THE ATTIC STORY, AND PROJECTING OUT FROM THE MAIN ROOF IS A HIP ROOFED DORMER. DECORATIVE SHINGLES EMBELLISH THE WALLS OF THIS CENTERED DORMER. PROMINENTLY DESIGNED LINTELS AND SILLS DISTINGUISH THE ONE-OVER-ONE WINDOWS. THE FIRST STORY WINDOWS OF THE FACADE ARE ACCENTED WITH LEADED GLASS. THE NEARLY FULL-LENGHT FRONT PORCH HAS ITS FLAT ROOF SUPPORTED BY TUSCAN COLUMNS. AN OVAL WINDOW IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE FRONT DOOR. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION; IT WAS BUILT IN C. 1909.
