Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY AMERICAN FOURSQUARE HOUSE FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CONCRETE FOUNDATION, A ROCK-FACED CONCRETE BLOCK EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. A HIP ROOFED DORMER APPEARS ON THE ATTIC STORY. PROMINENT LINTLES AND PROJECTING SILLS EMBELLISH THE WINDOWS THROUGHOUT THE DWELLING. AN OPEN, NEARLY FULL-LENGHT FRONT PORCH HAS ITS FLAT ROOF SUPPORTED BY COLUMNS. LEADED GLASS DECORATES THE FRONT WINDOWS ON THE FIRST STORY. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. IT WAS BUILT IN C. 1906. (SEE BIB. REF. A, H). ALSO LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY IS A GARAGE; NO FURTHER DESCRIPTION OF THIS PARTICULAR STRUCTURE WAS GIVEN IN THE INTENSIVE SURVEY.

AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING FROM 1906 TO 1910 WAS NICHOLAS GRABER. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
