Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY, QUEEN ANNE HOUSE FEATURES AN IRREGULAR SHPAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR A WOOD TRIM AND A SHINGLED, COMBINATION HIP AND GABLE ROOF. PROJECTING BAYS, ONE ON THE FACADE AND ONE ON THE SIDE FACE, ARE EACH CAPPED BY A GABLE; A ROUND ARCHED WINDOW AND DECORATIVE SHINGLES APPEAR IN EACH OF THE OPEN GABLE ENDS. ONE FRONT CORNER ON THE FIRST STORY AND THE BAY AT THE SIDE HAVE BRACKETED, CHAMFERED CORNERS. AN ENCLOSED, GABLE-ROOFED PORCH ON THE FACADE, A TWO-STORY PORCH ELSEWHERE, CORNER BOARDS, FRIEZE BOARDS AND WINDOW MOLDINGS ARE ALSO PRESENT IN THE DESIGN OF THE DWELLING. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. IT WAS BUILT IN C. 1900. (SEE BIB. REF. F). ALSO FOUND ON THE PROPERTY IS AN OLD GARAGE; NO FURTHER DESCRIPTION WAS GIVEN OF THIS STRUCTURE.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: WILLIAM ARTHUR, FROM 1905 TO 1910; AUGUSTA PARMLEY IN 1915; AND MABELLE GRAVES IN 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
