INTERSECTING WITH THE MAIN ROOF IS A CROSS GABLE, WHOSE OPEN GABLE END FACES THE FRONT. ONE SIDE OF THE ROOF-LINE OF THIS FRONT GABLE CONTINUES DOWNWARD BECOMING A SHED ROOF. THIS COMBINATION GABLE-AND-SHED SHAPE PROJECTS FORWARD ON THE FACADE, GIVING THE DWELLING A STYLE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE TUDOR REVIVAL FORM.
