PROMINENT ARCHITRAVES, OR CARVED LINTELS, APPEARED ABOVE THE WINDOWS ON THE FACADE. A FULL-LENGTH, SHED ROOFED FRONT PORCH WAS SUPPORTED BY TURNED POSTS. CARVED WOODEN SPINDLES WERE USED UNDER THE PORCH ROOF AND ON THE POST BRACKETS. ATTACHED TO THE DWELLING AT THE SIDE WAS A SHED ROOFED CARPORT. ACCORDING TO THE INTENSIVE SURVEY WHICH WAS CONDUCTED IN 1982, THIS RESIDENCE WAS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION.
