Additional Information:THIS SIDE GABLED, ONE AND A HALF STORY (TWO STORY) HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURAITON, A STONE FOUNDATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR, A STONE TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, GABLE ROOF. THE STONE AND BRICK MATERIALS USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS C. 1845 DWELLING (SEE BIB. REF. A, F) GIVE IT A MASONRY STRUCTURAL SYSTEM. CORNICE BOARDS, MUNTIN BARS IN THE WINDOWS, AND STONE LINTELS AND SILLS ARE OTHER ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS PRESENT IN THE DESIGN. AN ADDITION HAS EXISTED AT THE REAR SINCE 1982. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. (AS A NOTE, ONE OF THE PHOTO CODES FOR THIS DWELLING IS INDICATED AS BEING 23/6, ACCORDING TO THE INTENSIVE SURVEY REPORT, AND AS 23/7, ACCORDING TO THE INVENTORY CARD). PLEASE SEE 423A W.
