Additional Information:THIS ONE STORY HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, AN ELEVATED, STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD AND METAL TRIM AND A SHINGLED, GABLE ROOF. APPEARING ON THE SECOND STORY IS A VERANDA; IT IS DESINGED WITH BALUSTRADES AND SQUARED POSTS. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT FROM 1855 TO 1856 (SEE BIB. REF. A), IS PRESENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION.

JOHN HUTCHINSON WAS THE INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING FROM C. 1856 TO 1900 (ESTATE). (SEE BIB. REF. A).
