Additional Information: | THIS SIDE GABLED HOUSE FEATURES A STONE FOUNDATION. SINCE 1987, SIDING HAS COVERED THE PREVIOUS EXTERIOR, WHICH WAS CLAPBOARD. THE NEW SIDING ALSO CONCEALS THE WINDOW FRAMES. THE CHIMNEY IS COMPOSED OF WHITEWASHED BRICK. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTORY CARD FOR THIS PROPERTY, A NEIGHBOR HAD INFORMED THAT THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION OCCURRED IN THE C. 1840'S. THIS RESIDENCE IS PRESENTY IN GOOD CONDITION. |
