Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY CUBE FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. A HIP ROOFED DORMER IS CENTERED ON THE FACADE OF THE MAIN ROOF. SHELTERING THE FRONT DOOR IS A FULL-LENGTH PORCH, WHOSE ROOF IS NOT ONLY SUPPORTED BY TUSCAN COLUMNS, BUT ALSO DESIGNED WITH A CENTERED, SHINGLED PEDIMENT. A SMALL GARAGE IS ATTACHED AT THE SIDE OF THE DWELLING. BUILT IN C. 1900 (SEE BIB. REF. A), THIS RESIDENCE IS PRESENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION.
