Additional Information:THIS TWO-STORY, FRONT GABLED HOUSE FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND A SHINGLED, GABLE ROOF. A ONE STORY WING EXTENDS TO THE SIDE. APART FROM THE PROMINENT MOLDINGS APPEARING AROUND THE WINDOWS, THE STRUCTURE DISPLAYS MINIMAL ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRITY. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT BETWEEN 1875 AND 1880 (SEE BIB. REF. A), IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: PATIRCK LEAHY, FROM THE LATE 1870'S TO C. 1890; AND STANSMORE VIVIAN, FROM C. 1895 TO 1910. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
