Additional Information:THIS LARGE, QUEEN ANNE STYLED, TWO STORY HOUSE FEATURES AN IRREGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND A SHINGLED, HIP AND GABLE ROOF. LARGE PEDIMENTS EMBELLISH THE OPEN GABLE ENDS. A TWO-SIDED, OPEN-DESIGNED PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY SHORT, SQUARE, FLAIRED POSTS ON MASONRY BASES. A BRACKETED ROOF DECORATES A LARGE BAY WINDOW. ALSO PRESENT IN THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN ARE CHAMFERED CORNERS, FIREZE BOARDS AND CORNER BOARDS. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT BETWEEN 1905 AND 1908 (SEE BIB. REF. A), IS PRESENTLY IN POOR CONDITION.

EDWARD MARTIN WAS THE INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING BETWEEN THE YEARS C. 1905 AND C. 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
