Additional Information: | Segmental arch window and door lintels; 2/2 window light; addition along west and north elevations. 2015 - This one-and-one-half-story brick building was constructed in 1907 and appears to have been part of the Portage Woolen Mill historically. It currently functions as a residence. The building has a front gable roof with a shed extension to the west for the attached single-car garage. The front (south) façade features an entry door and one-over-one vinyl sash window, each fitted within a segmental arch opening. A concrete stoop provides access to the front door. Two square single-light windows are centered in the gable above. One-over-one vinyl windows within segmental arch openings with stone sills are located on the side (east) elevation. The roof is sheathed with asphalt shingles. The foundation is constructed of stone. |
