Additional Information: | THIS SIMPLE, ONE-STORY HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND A SHINGLED, GABLE ROOF. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTORY CARD FOR THIS PROPERTY, THE STONE FOUNDATION IS COATED WITH CONCRETE. PROMINENTLY MOLDED SURROUNDS APPEAR ON THE WINDOWS AND A LEAN-TO ADDITION IS LOCATED AT THE REAR. CHIMNEYS PIERCE THE ROOF-LINE NEAR EACH GABLE END. A CELLAR DOOR CAN BE SEEN AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT BEFORE 1884 (SEE BIB. REF. A, B), IS PRESENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION. |
