NOTES
Additional Information:This two story house has clapboard siding, a steeply pitched hip roof with flared eaves and matching dormers, an unusual octagonal dormer projecting from the front of the roof, and a front porch of grouped square columns and a plain balustrade.

This house is a good example of an early variation of the American Foursquare form.

Initial research indicates that the occupants of this house are not historically significant.
