Additional Information:THIS TWO-STORY, FRONT-GABLED HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STUCCO FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM/VINYL SIDED EXTERIOR AND AN ASPHALT-COVERED GABLE ROOF. APPEARING ALONG THE GABLE END IS A SHED-ROOFED FRONT PORCH. IT WAS ONCE DESIGNED WITH SPINDLES, BRACKETS AND SQUARED POSTS. PROMINENT CORNICES OVER THE WINDOWS AND DOORS WERE PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE AT ONE TIME AS WELL. HOWEVER, SINCE 1982, THE DECORATIVE TRIM HAD BEEN REMOVED AND SIDING HAD BEEN INSTALLED. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1885 (SEE BIB. REF. A, F), IS PRESENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RESIDENCE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE JACOB CHING, IN 1880; WILLIAM HOLMAN, FROM 1885 TO 1915; THE HEIRS OF WILLIAM HOLMAN, FROM 1910 TO 1915; AND JOSEPH GOLLI IN 1925.
