NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story brick house has a hip roof and bracketed eaves. Windows are eight-over-one lights sashes. On the first floor are paired single light sashes in arched reveals. The main entrance is decorated by a frontispiece consisting of Tuscan column pilasters supporting an entablature with a balconet. The entry door is decorated with an architrave surround.

The brick exterior, regular fenestration and classical details are all elements of the style.

This was the home of Eugene and Gertrude Kremer between 1924 and 1942.
