Additional Information:THIS TWO-STORY HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A STONE EXTERIOR AND A TIN-COVERED GABLE ROOF. HEAVY STONE LINTELS APPEAR OVER THE DOORS AND WINDOWS, AND CORNICE RETURNS ARE DISPLAYED IN THE OPEN GABLE ENDS. A SIMPLY DECORATED CORNICE IS ALSO PRESENT. THE CHIMNEYS ARE MADE OF BRICK. THIS DWELLING, BUILT IN 1858 (SEE BIB. REF. A) IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED HISTORICALLY WITH THIS RESIDENCE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE JAMES MANKER, FROM 1860 TO 1880, AND MARY KOBER FROM 1885 TO 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
