NOTES
Additional Information:This three story astylistic utilitarian styled industrial building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a brick exterior, a concrete trim and a steel covered flat roof. The windows, arranged with six-over-six panes, are either doubled or tripled together to form banks. These windows are further connected by band courses which act as flat lintels on the first, second and third stories. The main entrance is classically detailed with sidelights, a bracketed door hood and a fanlight with a keystone. The building is in fair condition. A company located here began a leather products company in the late 19th century. Company moved to the Town of Addison in 1999.
